Continuous Publication Model

August 29, 2026

Dear Authors,

As of January 1, 2027, the Scientific Reports in Medicine will begin implementing a Continuous Publication Model.

Thanks to the continuous publication model, articles that have completed the peer review process and been accepted can be published without delay.

The difference between the continuous publication model and the previous one is that articles do not need to be published in any issue to be published.

Article submission, preliminary review by the publisher's secretariat, double-blind peer review, editorial decision process, page layout check, and proofreading will continue in the same way; there will be no changes in these processes.

Accepted articles will be published online as soon as the production stages are completed, without waiting for an issue release date.

We believe that the continuous publication model will provide you with a faster publication rate for your scientific papers and be more effective in your academic advancement.

Thank you for your interest in and support of the Scientific Reports in Medicine.

Authors Information

January 16, 2026

Dear Author,
During the submission of the article, it is vital that you enter not only your own name but also the names and academic information of all the authors in the study, when your article is scanned by indexes such as Crossref, Google Scholar, Microsoft Scholar, Index Copernicus after it is published. Therefore, studies that do not include the names and academic information of all the authors may not be evaluated. Thank you for your understanding.

Journal Templates

January 31, 2024

Dear Author,
Our journal's blinded article template is designed so that, in our double-blind peer-review system, neither the author's name, who prepared the article, nor the names of the reviewers who uploaded comments to the system are seen by the author. This information is automatically deleted.

In order to prevent waste of effort and time, and to evaluate the manuscript drafts you send to the Journal, you must use Journal templates, which you can download to your computer using the following links on the journal website, and which contain explanations for the writing rules in the comments section.
